On May 8th, we got food packs made for 51 families in a small village called DHOLA near JODHPUR. The money collected through our #gofundme was then transferred via our fiscal sponsor Joy of Sharing from America to Rajasthan where Suwa Devi Kalbeliya took the lead in getting the packs ready for around 51 families.
Sua has been supporting the local villagers, taking them to the doctor for check ups. She is also helping spread the awareness about taking precautionary measures related to Covid in her community.
Indians are overwhelmed by the devastating second wave of Covid. It is an important time for all of us to come together and support our brothers and sisters in India through donations and prayers. It is not too late to donate. Click on our link in bio. You can also schedule a special private dance class for your community and raise funds. We are grateful and hopeful that things will get better soon
